Return Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it  and in its original packaging

To initiate a return,  click here . Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back without prior return registration will not be accepted.

For returns within Germany, we provide a return shipping label. The cost of the return label ranges between 5€ and 8€ and will be deducted from the refund. If you choose a refund in the form of store credit, you will receive an additional €5 store credit as a bonus.

Customers are responsible for returning items from outside Germany and covering the cost of the return shipment. Returns must be sent to our returns address.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and provide a solution as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, please contact us at support@streetwearexchange.com.
