Return Policy
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@streetwearexchange.com. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and provide a solution as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Discounted items
- Mystery boxes
- Gift cards
- Reseller Bundles

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at support@streetwearexchange.com.
